Chamber members can call Tami for a free 30-minute initial consultation to see how your business can improve their HR foundation.
Our parent company, JorgensenHR, serves all of Southern California remotely and in person; we have 18 consultants available from Ventura to Riverside. We are California workplace compliance experts, celebrating our 42nd year in business.
Tami Wiersma (SPHR), QCHR's founder and JorgensenHR's current President, was born in Placentia. After moving all over California with her family, she returned to Placentia 16 years ago for the warm and welcoming community and great school opportunities for her young kids. She and her husband, Robert, have 2 sets of twin daughters (all recent graduates of El Dorado High School and now currently all attending Fullerton College). She also sits on the Board of Directors for the "Best Chamber in the Universe" and shares changes in employment regulations to our community. Tami is also proud to be a Placentia Citizens Academy graduate (2026).
