Nelida began her career in the property and casualty insurance industry, where she spent 20 years as an agent and District Sales Manager. During that time, she consistently ranked among the top producers and led district-wide sales initiatives that elevated performance across multiple teams. In 2004, she transitioned into real estate, bringing her proven leadership and client-focused approach to a new arena.

Her extensive background includes corporate leadership roles, hundreds of hours of public speaking and professional training, and expertise in strategic marketing, negotiation, and business development. She is especially passionate about helping agents strengthen their business foundations and leadership mindset—equipping them not only to sell more but to build sustainable, purpose-driven careers.

When working with her own clients, Nelida leads a collaborative team of dedicated professionals known for exceptional client care and innovative solutions.
